It's only offensive to those who think that IQ is the measure of someone's worth.

70-75 IQ is in the old “Retarded” range. it wasn’t an insult back then that was just a term that was used. But we don’t use that word anymore because we live in a giant corporation., i call it ,” Americorp,” and you don’t wanna piss off millions of your customers

oh yes! That’s the number one cause of poor IQ. When you interbreed like that closely, then yes it runs havoc on your genes. Marrying your sister does more to turn your kids into morons than anything else.

IQ tests are culture-specific. There are better ones for cross-culture use. Charles Murray’s opinion is that the difference shows up only on mass tests, and is in the 1-2% range.

It doesn’t apply to everybody and it’s actually cruel to apply it to everybody.. It’s not right to take somebody out of the jungle and then throw them into a calculus class and beat them over the head because they can’t understand it. That’s cruel. A kid that has to go through something like that is gonna grow up hating you

If this is in fact true, which I doubt since I tend to be skeptical of studies just because I have seen lots of falsified stuff,
But assuming it is true, what is the average IQ of a Blue State Governor that has been unwittingly allowed themselves to be victimized by these low IQ geographically displaced persons?
people have actually used that chart that you provided to come up with theories and one of them is actually pretty good. In the harsh or colder climates if you don’t plan for the future and you’re not very bright, you’re not gonna make it over one winter. So the stupid people are weeded out of the pool pretty quickly. But where it is warm by the equator and living is easy, then there’s not so much struggle.
Not sure why this issue is being raised now. Thankfully, rights and duties don’t vary with IQ.
