From what I’ve seen, it looks like the CIA had Iranians under surveillance, not Tucker... and they picked up Carlson talking to those guys. We don’t know, yet, WHAT they heard and saw.
If it was just not-very-investigative faux journalism with a massive bias in favor of Iranian talking points, it’d be overlooked. Tucker’s merrily carried out ludicrously softball interviews with the Russians for the last years without once ever asking an awkward question. If that was a crime Tucker would’ve been under arrest already. Obviously, that hasn’t happened.
We’ve got people like that in the UK. George Galloway, Jeremy Corbyn. Many’s the time a useful idiot has had an interview with actors supporting a a hostile regime, and many a check for appearing on Iranian television... but there’s never an interview where they’re batting on our side instead of theirs if asking tough questions. Everything’s automatically our fault, our enemies aren’t doing anything wrong.
The days when us Brits had the balls to prosecute someone who’s DEMONSTRABLY shilling for the enemy (often because they’re being paid by the enemy to do it) are over. These days, Lord HawHaws hide behind “free speech” defenses, but surely lobbyists on the enemy’s dime are not free speaking?
What about the guys leaking information to Wikileaks, that damaged the USA? Didn’t they get prosecuted? Did anyone buy “free speech” as a valid defense for breaching national security?
ACTUAL patriots are getting fined or cancelled for exercising free speech. They’re not being paid for it; they’re speaking truth to power on a personal level, not professionally batting for our enemies.
The whole thing stinks.
If Tucker has been privy to highly restricted sensitive government information and has been passing it to the Russians and Iranians, and it’s put American interests at risk, he SHOULD be feeling the full force of a criminal investigation... Just like Peter Mandelson in the UK currently is. Because that’s not free speech; it’s undermining national security.

1. China runs one terminal in Haifa
A Chinese state-owned company, Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG), won a tender in 2015 to operate a new container terminal in Haifa called Bayport. The contract allows it to run that terminal for 25 years (until about 2046).
The terminal opened in 2021.
It is a modern automated container terminal built to handle very large cargo ships.
SIPG operates the commercial terminal, but it does not control the Israeli naval base or the entire port area.
2. Another part of Haifa port is run by India
In 2022, Israel privatized the older Haifa Port and sold it to a consortium led by India’s Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone together with Israel’s Gadot Group.
