He says there has been a criminal complaint.
"It's outrageous"
What happened to Tucker? Has he been threatened with death by Hamas supporters or trannies? Is he just trying to be controversial for more clicks and views?(Better paydays?)
Whatever....he is now useless.
I think Tucker needs a long rest.
What Cucker smoking? He cuckoo puffs!
Treason (US Constitution, Article III, Section 3; codified in 18 U.S.C. § 2381): This is the core charge for such activities. Treason is defined as levying war against the US or “adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” Coordinating propaganda—such as creating, broadcasting, or disseminating messages on behalf of an enemy—has been interpreted as providing “aid and comfort” by boosting enemy morale, demoralizing US forces, or inciting disloyalty. Penalties include death, imprisonment for at least five years, fines, and loss of citizenship eligibility. It requires two witnesses to the overt act or a confession in open court. Note that “enemies” typically means nations in a state of open hostilities with the US, even without a formal declaration of war.
Espionage Act of 1917 (18 U.S.C. §§ 793–798): This law criminalizes conveying information or false reports intended to interfere with US military operations, promote enemy success, or cause disloyalty/mutiny in the armed forces during wartime. While often used for spying, it has been applied to propaganda that aids enemies, with penalties up to death or life imprisonment in severe cases. A related Sedition Act of 1918 (an amendment) explicitly targeted speech criticizing the government or war effort but expired after World War I.
Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 (50 U.S.C. §§ 4301–4341): This allows presidential proclamations during war to define “enemies” broadly, including US citizens who disseminate propaganda “calculated to aid the cause of any such nation in such war, or to injure the cause of the United States.” Violators can face asset seizures, fines, or imprisonment.
The CIA and the US Department of Justice have opened an investigation against Tucker Carlson for being in contact with a foreign enemy during wartime, after conversations between him and the Iranian regime were intercepted. t.me 56m
Wow
thanks for that
That's interesting, because I don't see how anyone could be prosecuted for involvement with a "foreign enemy" when the U.S. hasn't declared war on anyone.
It's why the Rosenbergs were never charged with treason, and why Jane Fonda was never charged with anything.
lol. Not just the Joos?
He must be smoking some of his buddy Hunter’s stash.
This is the problem with being a grifter. Once you start saying crazy stuff, you have to keep coming up with even more crazy stuff, or people will tune out for someone even crazier, like Candace.
Part of me was holding out for Tucker until I heard his “Iran’s unconditional surrender means that American soldiers will rape Iranian civilians”. The dudes gone.
The Rosenbergs got their punishment.
Fonda wasn’t charged because she was a Hollywood leftist.
When you refuse to declare war on a foreign nation for 75+ years, then you can't prosecute anyone for treason. That's why there hasn't been anyone charged with treason in the U.S. since the late 1940s or early 1950s -- and the subject of that prosecution was some Japanese-American dude who went back to Japan and served in their army during World War II.
Oy vey stop noticing!
Well, well, welly well well.
Stop your kvetching!
True.
Just commented on this, on another thread. He seems paranoid, rather disturbed compared to what he was a few years ago. I don’t think it’s about money. The look in his eyes reminds me of elderly dementia, and he’s only in his 50’s.
Tucker should move into his property in Qatar or just build a mosque on his property. He and Cenk Uygur can pray to outer space there together.
