Wow, I hope the driver and others around him were able to escape before the explosion.
An old neighbor of mine crashed a tanker and blew it up in the early 1970’s. His brand new that day front tire blew and he rolled the tanker. He survived with some minor scars.
The oil company ended up paying for 1/4 mile of I-75
Ah, my old hometown. At least it wasn't in a residential area, though I'm sure that commuters will be less than thrilled.
