Well Massie has a top voting record for Conservative values as Rand Paul even though I disagree how he presents them which does not serve him well and need fined tuned a good bit. But in this matter with Massie Trump is completely wrong and letting his ego get in the way of the bigger picture. Last night that speech Trump made showed Trump can be as small as any Democrat can be... Trump would do well in trying to mend fences with Massie and move on.
The Republican House Caucus is a small tenuous majority. It can hardly afford internal division. It needs to support the President and refrain from giving aid and comfort to the enemy on the basis of “principle.” Politics is real, and consequential, not merely a high school debate. Maybe Massie can feel virtuous about himself but he does his country no service by creating conflict and dissension.
Good for him/her. Whoever it is trolls and divides in the worst of ways. Not a citizen. Not living in this country. Not an ally.
