No. The Supreme Court has ruled that it’s an expression of free speech.
Ah, but the party isn’t over yet. Burning the flag like that could be considered a hazard, a threat to the safety of the public. Then it would be up to local officials to take action. Or not.

Flags should be made of highly flammable material to teach a valuable lesson. All flags.
In the longer version posted on X, you can see he’s still got bits of burning flag dangling off his jacket that he’s unaware of. They spend several more seconds patting him down to get the last flames out.
The lefties have been doing a pretty good job of not looking overtly anti-American during most their anti-ICE agitation. Word clearly went out from commie central not to burn the flag, but sometimes they can’t resist and revert to form.
