That DOES NOT by any stretch of the imagination signal that they are happy about what's happening. They're just signaling to whoever is dropping all they bombs that their loyalty is flexible.
A short while ago, FOX News aired live coverage of a massive march in Los Angeles.
Iranian-Americans were marching with Iranian and American flags, carrying signs with a large photo of the President, and the letters on the sign said, THANK-YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP!
Others had signs showing the President and the signs stated, “WE TRUST YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP.”

It is not in our or the world's interest for them to have a nuke, period.
If we have to keep bombing them, so be it.

The first attack killed few, it was nearly sterile going after objects and places and we may have even warned them shortly before hand (I have a suspicious feeling we did). Very gentlemanly.
But Iran didn't get the message.
Now comes the Trump FAFO mode.
If you're a decision maker in Iran, at this point and forward, do you really want your name associated in any way with the development of the bomb?
Now the administration needs to say little, no bragging, just silence and offer to negotiate like nothing happened.
Don’t rub it in.
That causes folks to feel the urge to save face, hits their pride, etc.
Smile and say “hello” in Switzerland like nothing happened.
