I believe that facebook has just now made itself irrelevant. I am finding that AI is mixing and remixing posts so that a person will not notice that their and everyone’s posts have been corrupted. I can no longer believe anything I am reading.

Maybe six months ago I stumbled upon a political AI website. You could pick your politician, and what you wanted him or her to say.
I picked Joe Biden. I had him say that Kamala Harris was a Nazi spy. And by golly, the site generated a video of Biden at a podium, saying exactly that. Even the lip movements matched.
Scary stuff.

If AI is riddled with so many negatives
Why are We going into it So Strongly?

Same reason we pursued nuclear weapons in the 1950's through the 1980's.
We cannot risk the enemy getting ahead of us.
Solution: Stay away from Facebook. Never post there. Never even go there.
I never post there.
