Brady was spotted in the coaches booth during the broadcast between the game between the Raiders and Chargers, and upon seeing that shot, ESPN's announcers revealed that Brady stays in regular contact with Raiders offensive coordinator Chip Kelly.
That immediately led to conflict of interest concerns, with many noting that Brady could impart what he learns while preparing for games he's covering as a FOX announcer to his own team.

**So far, there has been zero evidence that Brady is actually giving his team inside information, although it wouldn’t surprise us one bit if he was, as Brady has never shied away from trying to gain an advantage**
You mean he cheated?
Is the game fixed?
This is from September 2025, is there a reason this is current news?
The NFL is rigged. The NBA is rigged. I assume other sports leagues are rigged but at least they do a better job of hiding it.
Also, I think Brady sucks as an announcer, he sounds like a fayg. Since when do all these football announcers have such un-masculine voices?
There’s no conflict of interest. Nobody tells the coverage team anything they wouldn’t want the other team to know. Because literally anything they say to the coverage team could land on TV. The whole thing is quite silly.
That’s the 20th century Raiders, team with the winning-est record in the league. 21st century Raiders rule #1 is “rent don’t buy”.
At least those Raiders won when they cheated.
**is there a reason this is current news?**
Just thought I’d bring it up.
The Sportong News is still around?
Raiders Rule #1 - WINNING Is The Game.
Brady is by far the best the NFL has. Haters gonna Hate what they can Never be. :)
Says the guy who pimped FTX.
Brady, Curry, Shaq and all who pimped FTX are nothing but a bunch of corporate ‘hos.
Only thing positive I can say about Tommie Boy is that as far as I know he hasn’t laid a wreath at the statue of George Floyd yet, but he’s still fairly young.
I thought the Raiders’ #1 rule was: “The quarterback must go DOWN; and he must go down HARD!” - Al Davis
“**So far, there has been zero evidence that Brady is actually giving his team inside information...”
Does anyone even think that there are not a passel of retired team followers that are not providing suggestions to the teams? Does anyone think the teams don’t already have the info they need through films and provided intel to make decisions on play during the games? There is nothing Brady can add to anything they don’t already have and probably more than he has. Just like the football ball pressure, they are just hammering him for the press. I’m not a big fan of his, but this is ridiculous.

College basketball is becoming suspect in my book. The refs fouled out four guys on a seven man roster for the Arkansas Razorbacks and none were in serious foul trouble on the Alabama team. The refs calls were SO bad the head office called the officials and over ruled them on one obvious call. I’ve never seen them do that before.
what possible special advantage would Brady have as an announcer sitting in the booth, that a Raider’s coach scouting an opposing team would not have?
The game announcers are not allowed access to teams’ playbooks, they can not visit practices, they have no special access to facilities, etc....
The amount of film these guys watch, and the number of people watching it is amazing. Tom Brady isn’t bringing anything to those meetings that 15 other people haven’t already noted.
I don’t like the way it “looks.” But there isn’t much he could do to aid the Raiders. They have a lot of problems already.
Ever since they fired Gruden, I hope they lose every game, and the Curse of Jon Gruden becomes a real thing.
Both have been caught cheating before. The NFL must be desperate.
