The head of the UN’s migration agency has admitted in a public interview that the organization’s strategic objective is not to stop migration, but to brand it as a deliberate instrument of development policy.
According to Director-General Amy Pope, speaking to UN News:
“Our goal is to make sure that we have governments thinking, talking, acting and using migration as a tool for development from the very beginning.”
That’s not a policy position. It’s a strategy.
It reveals that the bureaucratic engine driving global migration governance — which includes the IOM and its collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) on migrant health initiatives — isn’t aimed primarily at restraining migration. It is aimed at normalizing and institutionalizing it as an economic lever that governments should actively deploy.

Fill out the paperwork, go thru and PASS the background check, your sponsor will have to sign away his assets for 10 years to pay back the government if you become a public charge and write a few checks to a lawyer and you are more than welcome to Legally Immigrate to the United States.
This is what I was required to do when we got my Wife her Green Card.

Now a guy from the UN, which we are discovering has been masterminding the mass migration, is that we should treat migration as a tool

I met a few at the "Cambrian Society" in San Diego. They were immigrants from Wales. Most of them waited on lottery lists for over 10 years, then followed the accepted approach of having a US sponsor to ensure they didn't become a public charge. The persons I met successfully endured the process. That is VERY different from what is happening in the present time.
