I keep saying it, but look at the highest level black people in this country. A Supreme Court Justice who had no shame in ridiculously claiming she couldn’t define what a woman is. Look at Fani Willis, Latetia James, Alvin Brag, Ben Crump, etc. etc. Do any of them sound like legal scholars? How about Michelle Obama? I barely graduated high school in Alabama and I bet I can write and speak proper English better than any of them. There is a very obvious pattern here that a lot of people refuse to accept.

I actually didn’t say she was stupid or lacks intelligence, although that is true. I said she had no shame making a ridiculous statement.

Not exactly this time. The feds were wrong in that he doesn’t work for the federal government, he is a county sheriff working for the county for state government level. Totally different force.
And he may have been sworn in with the Constitution in his oath. But he is not an employee, hired or elected, with the federal government and normally doesn’t have anything to do with them other than be aware they are there and may on occasions deal with an office of the FBI in his county. So does it make any difference who the three pieces of the federal government are to him?
In the article it stated that he had been a cop for 30 years before his becoming sheriff, and had a very high conviction rate for the over 800 homicides he had worked during that time. So he became sheriff the old fashioned way, he earned it.
