New images in the search for Nancy Guthrie:
Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors - including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems.
Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance.

The dude obviously had carefully planned the kidnapping.
Face coverings and rubberized clothing-—no finger prints or cloth fragments could be left behind.
Looks like ‘he’ put some mascara on .... maybe as a disguise.

My thought, definitely connected somehow someway to hired help. People talk. The perp found out she was a potential target. Elderly, lived alone, multi-millionaire daughter. Could have been a burglary gone bad - Have we heard if the house was "tossed" for valuables by the perps??
This is someone who went to some length to conceal his identity. Mask and gloves. I would speculate that the person in the picture is someone not known to the missing woman. You would think that she would not have opened the door if she saw through her door camera someone wearing a mask. I haven’t followed the story closely but it does seem like it has been going on for a while.
I further speculate that the woman is no longer among the living and that it ultimately leads back to either her estate or some insurance or both. Someone wanted her dead but didn’t want to murder her in her home, so I speculate someone was hired to commit a kidnapping and that once she was no longer at home they would have been able to take her somewhere and expire her. Maybe it would make it harder to claim inheritance or insurance doing it that way but if the goal is to get rid of her they might be willing to wait for the legal process to play out.
This is entirely speculative as I have watched far too many true crime shows. I just think that realistically the chances of her being alive at this point are slim to very slim. If it were a kidnapping for ransom we would have heard about some ransom demand by now.

I don’t think it’s someone the son-in-law networks with at the golf course or on his phone contact list for that matter.
I hope the Daily Mail can stop with insinuations that the family is involved.
I’m sure the feds are pointing AI at it to either try to unmask him or look at facial metrics (distance between eyes, distance to mouth, etc.) to try to match to photo IDs. And maybe they have other surveillance shots showing someone with the same clothing or backpack (on the video they’re showing on FNC you can see a lot more of him).
i wonder if GROK can unmask him. i see a mustache too - which is easily shaven - but good for identification by family, friends. also re posting title i think camera set up is Nest not Ring.

The images of the front porch area released early last week showed what looked like crushed flowers next to the blood drops on the ground. I don’t know if this has symbolic meaning or is incidental.
