For the first time in recorded human history, scientists have discovered a generation they claim is actually less intelligent than the one that came before it.
Neuroscientist Dr Jared Cooney Horvath, who previously worked as an educator, argues that people in Gen Z have become cognitively stunted as a result of their over-reliance on new technology, like smartphones.
With records being kept on academic achievement for the past 200 years, this sudden decline from Millennials to Gen Zers was attributed to this rapid digital development, with Dr Horvath explaining before a Senate committee last month that this drop happened despite young people spending longer than ever in school.
Gen Z are the first age group to grow up with easy access to the internet both at home and in school, which Dr Horvath explained has caused a provable loss in skills related to problem solving, reading, memory, math, and paying attention in class.

As a current high school teacher, I can affirm the validity of this statement.
This is not news. Look around at the mostly younger crowd. They are dumb as a stump.
Brains are like muscles and need exercising.
It’s the massive influx of muzzie shitholers into western civilization. Their low double digit IQs are dragging the average down. Throw in the hindu trash too.
Mate selection in the modern age contributes to smarter couples having smarter children, and dumber couples having dumber children.
There may be more than one cause. What about the quality of the education provided at schools? Substituting propaganda for education does not help.
The tech Morlocks are creating their Eloi. AI will just speed it along.
They have less computer skills than their parents.

Nearly 3 decades training adults in industrial technologies and the supporting fundamentals.
I would swear to it in court, the current generation entering the work force has way less aptitude and understanding.
It will only get worse with AI, I hear all the time this statement, “Why do I need to know this when I can look it up?”

Smartphones and classroom tech stunted their intellects still more than Gen Z, but AI has corrupted their character beyond what anyone is imagining.
Over 20 years ago the students refused to examine alternative viewpoints if they did not like them. The professors should have flunked them on the spot.
The problem isn’t technology. The problems are LIBERALISM, SOCIALISM, COMMUNISM, AND ISLAM.
They have made the world a very dangerous place.
