Where does Vogue expect to find an audience either now or 10 years from now? It seems pretty suicidal.
I will also point out that Vogue put Michelle Obama on the cover repeatedly, and they put Jill Biden on the cover repeatedly. Melania Trump? Not since 2009 (when she was working as an actual model). Once she became First Lady, Vogue lost all interest in her. And anyone who has watched the new “Melania” documentary knows that she is beautiful, stylish, and extremely knowledgeable about style and taste. Vogue shuns that stuff, I suppose.
Gov. Newsom will never be president-—Vice president maybe, senator perhaps but not president. When the scandals come out he will vanish into the night with his many millions.
