A foul-mouthed Amazon delivery driver was caught on a doorbell camera criticizing the customers, claiming they would buy slaves if the tech giant sold them.
The unidentified worker began his rant as he approached the front door of a home in the Detroit suburb of Redford Township, Michigan.
“Got a million multi stops because these people out here in Dearborn Heights, they can’t go anywhere and get their own f------ s--- so now I’m sitting out here delivering a million packages to a million and f------ one houses,” the Amazon worker said, according to video obtained by ABC 7 Detroit.
The irritated driver complained that customers no longer shopped at brick-and-mortar stores, instead relying on mobile apps and deliveries.
“Nobody out here knows how to go to f------ Walmart or go to a Target or anything like that, these mother------- bro!” he said.
After scanning all the packages at the doorstep, the driver walked away, but not before making one last jab of the residents.
“These mother-------, if you would let’em, these mother‐------ right here would order slaves off f------ Amazon.
The homeowner, a single mother working three jobs and attending school, was annoyed at the driver’s comments because she pays for the convenience of online shopping during her busy schedule, the unidentified woman told the outlet.

Dearborn? Isn't that a mostly Muslim area? Well, the driver isn't wrong, then, is he?
No telling. I just thought it was funny that the recipient checked so many boxes. Would the story even have been written if there was any way the delivery man could be seen as more sympathetic than the recipient?
As everyone else has pointed out, don’t take a delivery job if making deliveries upsets you ... but it might be claimed that there was no other way he could feed his starving family because of white capitalist imperialist running dogs or something.

This is class envy. I had this when I was a college student paying my way but unable to afford lunch and saw other students spend like crazy on booze and other junk. I just never verbalized it.
Back in the 50’s the local dairies would deliver milk, eggs and cheese.
The job description is "Delivery Driver", too tough to understand?

Yesterday we had a delivery.
The delivery person dropped off our package on the stoop, got her pic, and was starting back to her truck when she heard someone opening our door.
She came back, picked up our package and handed it to my hubby so he didn’t have to look for it or bend down to pick it up.
Brava to the young lady!
Amazon, you should make it easy for customers to tell you about wonderful customer service, the customers who would be happy to tip your drivers but don’t want Alexa, or your app on their tech.

I order those 35 pound pails of quality cat litter 3 or 4 at a time thru Chewy because I am too lazy to schlep them home from the store. Thanks, guys/gals!
Not with guns … yet. Packages do get “delayed” and delivered to wrong addresses and damaged and sometimes the porch pirates know just which boxes to grab wink wink.
That’s not just Amazon of course but … anyone signing up for letting them open your garage is loopy.

Redford Township is north of Dearborn both are close suburbs of Detroit.
Your comments about Dearborn being Muslim is confusing.
Dearborn has a large Middle Eastern population no doubt.

In my years having a residence in Detroit, MI. and working in Dearborn I have yet to know of any terrorism from that community.
Also anyone delivering or driving all day in the snow banked roads and walking on ice, and unshoveled walkways has to be exhausted and a bit pissy.😉

And (although I hate to admit it) IIRC the Muslim leaders there came out and supported Trump. IDK if that actually impacted voting, but I recall one or two of the guys speaking at Trump Rallies.
You can rate your delivery on Amazon website. Look at tracking for the item. You should find “how was your delivery?”
They weren’t ‘pissy’ in East Tennessee Saturday...the lazy bast*rds just took the day off...
They are probably part time jobs, and she could be going to school part time.
You realize she likely has three part-time jobs .
I once worked three jobs with a total of 69 hours weekly.
My dog food is also heavy. I’d rather drag it in off the porch and into the house than wrestle with getting it to the car, out of the car, and in the house. My driver told me that FedEx is talking about designating certain delivery trucks just for Chewy. LOL He said he even orders from Chewy and delivers his own dog food. :-)
I’m in E.Tennessee and everything that was supposed to be delivered Saturday is coming today. :-)
