Meanwhile, amid the escalating rhetoric, we have been speaking to a doctor inside Iran who reveals that injured demonstrators were being executed in their hospital beds while seeking treatment.
They've told us how security forces, including the members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, entered hospitals and killed patients as they lay wounded and defenceless.

Sick!
Looks like Iran almost had a revolution and it failed?
The regime is only interested in maintaining itself, Iranians be damned.
Iran can hire those unhinged nurses that were fired to help them. I mean they can pretend they are Trump Supporters, so they’d be happy to help. 😀
Hey, Shia!
Your religion came and shot you dead in your hospital bed.
How you feelin’ about your religion today?
Here is what happened:
Due to sanctions, Iranian currency started collapsing. The merchants could not do business, because if they sold inventory, they could not replace it fast enough with daily inflation. They went on strike.
Iranian people, sick of 47 years of Islamic rule, came to the streets. The protests spread like wildfire.
Reza Pahlavi, the son of the last Shah, asked people to come to the streets. President Trump said if the rulers of Iran shoot protesters, the US will shoot back. He also told them “help is on the way.”
People poured into the streets, in every city, town, and village, Millions came. Crowds as far as the eye could see.
They burned government offices, banks, and police stations. Where they could get a hold of IRGC, they handed out well-deserved street justice.
The Ayatollah demanded brutal repression, of a scale to be a permanent deterrent to any would-be future uprising.
The IRGC, along with Hezbollah and other mercenaries from Iraq, Lebanon, and Afghanistan were primed with captagon, an illegal, synthetic, mood-altering drug.
Captagon had been briefly legal, but is now banned. It was then mass produced by Iran and now-deposed Assad, as a source of hard currency:

High on captagon, IRGC and the mercenaries opened fire on protesters using handguns, assault rifles, and Soviet-era 0.50-cal mounted on trucks. Then they opened fire on anyone walking the streets.
They executed the wounded, on the streets, in ambulances, and in hospitals. Where they ran out of bullets, they executed the wounded by slashing their throats.
When grieving families came to collect the bodies of their loved ones, they were forced to pay money to retrieve the body.
Internal estimates are that they killed over 80,000 in two days. Thousands have been arrested. They are now arresting doctors and nurses who rendered aid.
This regime is not just a threat to the people of Iran, or the people of Israel, or even the middle east. It is a threat to humanity.
Thx.
I am quite on your side.

As the new guy, would you be willing to share your background? Not enough people are paying attention. You are. Tell us more.
Another flopped color revolution.

Here is the Cliffs Notes version: I fled Iran in the winter of 1982 in the back of a pickup truck in the middle of the night. I’ve lived in the US since 1983, and have experienced the American dream.
Having lived some three quarters of my life here, I very much identify as an American. And not a day goes by that I am not thankful I am an American. I believe in American Exceptionalism. And I have a Reagan-esque view of America as the shining nation on a hill, and a light onto the nations.
But I still care about the people of Iran, and I am exceedingly concerned about the spread of Islamists.
Happy to have you here and on our side.
