Odd personal memory. He looks exactly like a mentally ill skinny guy who once followed me as I left work at the university library. He waved his arms and ran up to me, jumped on my car trunk, still repeating “you’re stealing all the books from the library. That’s why they don’t have any books.” I started to back out, knowing the video record wouldn’t look good if I ran him over, but he jumped off and let me drive away, still screaming.
