The photo on the right is likely more accurate. It appears to me, that the one on the left is a work ID photo, and is significantly distorted.
The photo editors may also have had access to other photos, and used them to make the proper adjustments.
When I retired I intensively studied both art and photography at our local community college. I did this for 10 years. Recently, I have switched to studying chemistry. I will be off to my organic chemistry 2 class in 2 hours.
