This weekend an anti-ICE mob targeted a church, emboldened by the reckless rhetoric from Minnesota's sanctuary politicians and the media.
The First Amendment protects speech and peaceful assembly – not rioting.
This administration is committed to upholding federal law and defending the rights of all Americans. These agitators will be held accountable.

We won’t see mass arrests until the democrats retake the federal government. THEN we will see all kinds of politicians homes being raided. THEN we will see conservative pundits being arrested for all sorts of bogus claims. Our side, naw, we’re all talk.
What is the point of Noem broadcasting her intention to arrest the church invaders? What good does it do? I can’t imagine it helps accomplish what she says she wants to accomplish. Seems like it’s just to placate people like me, but I’m not buying it.

You have touched on an important point with that comment. The DOJ cannot do what is needed, from our particular viewpoint.
That won't change by replacing the Director.
The DOJ staff spends almost all of their time fending off lawfare from the Democrats, in the form of appealing Federal district court injunctions and responding to lawsuits. They win the vast majority of those cases.
It's not enough, but defense is about all they can do. Democrats have successfully overwhelmed the legal system by sheer quantity of actions with their army of NGO-funded attack lawyers. There have been multiple injunctions and lawsuits filed against the Trump administration every single day for the past year.
Defense is all the DOJ is allowed to do.
The DOJ is badly short staffed and still includes way too many holdovers from the Biden and Obama administrations who impede directives from the Trump administration whenever they can. Senior position appointments require approval from Congress, which isn't coming from Democrats. Even Republicans do not all want a more effective DOJ.
Please explain to me why such blatant crimes have not been prosecuted.
OK. Here is one theory:
Senior leadership from both parties are dirty. In is in their best interests to keep the government grift machine going as long as possible, and a strong, effective DOJ could be a threat to those interests. Deals get made for theatrical performances involving "strongly worded letters" and "bombshell announcements". Nothing happens. Nothing is supposed to happen. It's all a show to distract the public.
Chaos and violent actions provide direct benefits to Leftists of all varieties. Violence rallies supporters and intimidates opponents of the Democrats.
Oddly enough, it benefits Republicans as well by indirect means. That is because the "solution" from either side is a more authoritarian government with greater capability to suppress opponents. It comes down to an argument over who gets to run the machinery of repression and wealth extraction. That is a "lose-lose" proposition for the rest of us.
If there are solutions to the problems that we face, they will not be found in the courts. It is quite possible they will not be found in "elections" either.
