Chicago’s sister city is Shanghai. The bad Daley, Richard M. made a commie connection with them.
Shenyang is also a “sister city” of Chicago.
It’s no wonder Chinese immigration to Chicago has increased the past couple of decades. We have over 100,000 in the Chicago area, and it would be safe to assume their home country keeps close tabs on every one of them.
