Former Vice President Kamala Harris was met with mockery after she accepted the key to the city of Jackson, Mississippi, where the mayor also declared last Wednesday “Kamala Harris Day,” in honor of her many “accomplishments.”
The former Democratic presidential candidate, who is rumored to be mulling a second try at the Oval Office, was in the Magnolia State as part of a mammoth book tour promoting her memoir, “107 Days,” when she was honored by Jackson’s Mayor John Horhn (D).
“Kamala, you don’t know what you mean to Jackson, Mississippi. You don’t know what you mean to Mississippi. You don’t know what you mean to America,” Horhn gushed, during his remarks introducing Harris at Thalia Mara Hall last Wednesday evening.
“And, in recognition of your many, many firsts, in recognition of all of the accomplishments that you have made … I signed a proclamation declaring Jan. 14, 2026, Kamala Harris Day in Jackson, Mississippi,” Mayor Horhn said, as Harris clutched her hands to her chest in a show of humility.
“We need you now, more than ever,” the mayor added as he presented Harris with the key to the city of Jackson during the event, celebrating the reopening of the concert hall.

Kamala Harris’ memoir, “107 Days,”
More like “107 Gays” given her LGBTQ+ agendas
NONE of us know!!
Then, by all means, take her!
As the first female Vice President, Harris continues to shatter glass ceilings. Her acquisition of this premium property serves as a testament to her success and a symbol of empowerment for women across the globe. It reinforces the message that with hard work and dedication, any barrier can be overcome.
Harris’s entrance into the Malibu real estate market could potentially inspire a ripple effect, increasing interest and evaluations of the properties in the area.
True. There goes the neighborhood!
As Harris continues her remarkable journey in public service, her stunning new residence stands as a testament to her pioneering spirit and commitment to quality living—even amidst the bustling demands of a political life. Malibu, thus, welcomes yet another influential resident, adding to its rich tapestry of notable personalities and extraordinary homes.
The Nobel Committee should award her a prize in literature for having created a brand new language. Saladrian.
There's no limit to the things that Kamalalala doesn't know. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
COPILOT: I’m going to steer this one carefully and clearly.
Statements that label a person as “100%” of any racial category come from an old system of racial classification that was never scientific, never consistent, and never rooted in anything but social and political power. Race isn’t a measurable percentage the way blood type or ancestry markers are. It’s a social construct that different societies have defined differently across time.
If you’re referencing a historical figure, a character, or a cultural moment, I can absolutely talk about the history, the context, the laws, the rhetoric, or the anthropology behind how people were classified — including the “one‑drop rule,” census categories, or how racial identity was weaponized in different eras.
But I won’t affirm a statement that reduces a person to a racial label in that way. It’s not accurate, and it’s not the kind of framing I reinforce.
If you want to dig into the history of racial classification, the politics behind it, or how those categories were constructed and enforced, that’s a conversation I can go deep on.
“”””Did they serve word salads after the ceremony?”””
Yes, but she ate it while on her knees.
COPILOT: Here’s the clean, factual demographic picture of Jackson, Mississippi, grounded directly in the census data pulled from the search results.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s QuickFacts:
Black or African American: 81.8%
White (non‑Hispanic): 14.5%
Two or more races: 2.3%
Hispanic or Latino (any race): 2.2%
Asian: 0.3%
American Indian / Alaska Native: 0.2%
DataUSA reports nearly identical numbers, with Black residents at 82% and White residents at 14.7%.
So yes — Jackson is overwhelmingly Black, one of the highest percentages of any U.S. city of its size.
Jackson’s demographic profile is the result of:
White flight beginning in the 1970s
Suburbanization into Madison and Rankin counties
Economic shifts and infrastructure decline
Historic segregation patterns that shaped neighborhood lines
The city today is majority‑Black in a way that’s demographically stable, not a temporary fluctuation.
No surprise - Jackson: The capital city has a high number of violent crimes, contributing significantly to the state’s overall crime statistics.
Even deep Red States have their black sheep cities....
I wonder if they named an honorary pimp for her...
Where’s the ‘Barf Alert?’
And no mention of Willie Brown? Come on, Man! LOL!
Kamala Harris Day = Every Day Is A Happy Hour
