A Boston woman who was accosted in a women’s bathroom at the Liberty Hotel in May after a security guard mistook her for a man is now suing the hotel, accusing its employees of crafting a defamatory cover story.
Ansley Baker and her partner, Elizabeth Victor, filed the complaint in Suffolk Superior Court Thursday, naming the hotel and several of its employees and executives.

Baker and Victor?! Sounds like a military operation.
Rather than place the onus on the establishment to separate out sexes, once inside the restrooms, laws should just let people shoot the wrong sex in there or coming from in there.
The sexes will self-correct, then—or all be dead.

Plays into the left’s hands. If he were a man he sues. If it’s got a woman’s plumbing she sues. Result-no one knows what to do and the lawyers clean up. Deep pockets pay up(hotel) and the small businesses get scared.
Judging from the foto, Miss Baker clearly wishes to be seen as male. She should have been flattered that she was removed from the women’s restroom.
I think it needs to prove it is a woman but who wants to do the observation, and it is counting on that.
