Entrepreneurialism while black does not go over well for a young man in Louisville, Kentucky trying to open a business in a community that’s almost entirely comprised of white leftists. Here’s the story, from Cam Edwards at BearingArms:
White Liberals Panicking Over Black-Owned Gun Store Opening Up in Their Neighborhood
After months of planning, Dustin McElroy is set to open the doors to Louisville, Kentucky’s newest gun shop. The only problem? The liberal residents of The Highlands neighborhood want to shut it down.
For context, the Highlands community is around 86% white and leans heavily to the left; much of the Highlands neighborhood falls within the state’s 42nd district, a seat currently held by Democrat Joshua Watkins, and the city council members elected by Highlands voters are also all Democrats.
As reported by BearingArms, a public meeting was held on Wednesday night where the neighborhood folks came to sabotage McElroy’s business, with one local resident, a science teacher, who lives three blocks away from the coming gun store, saying this:
‘I spend a disproportionate amount of my life worrying about getting shot,’ [Alexis] Rich said. ‘I do. Obviously, that’s always a concern at school from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and then to have that worry extended to when I go home.’
In a white neighborhood? Her chances of getting shot in the neighborhood are essentially zero. What a moron. As Edwards writes, there are tons of bars in the area, yet it’s doubtful that Rich worries about getting hit by a drunk driver…because the media and her party aren’t telling her to be afraid of drunk drivers.

If Rich is afraid of getting shot, he should get a gun and learn how to use it

What gender is Alexis? Alexander or Alexandra? or something in between?
Is Rich Jewish? Used to be a department store owner in Atlanta named Rich. Otherwise a name I don't run across often.
Get a different paid group of leftists to hold signs that are professionally made that call this group of leftists, “racists“. Problem solved.

One time I teased my daughter that I was going to walk around the Highlands shops wearing a Sarah Palin cap. She almost panicked. Please dad do not do that, you could get beat up.

There was a time, not that long ago, when this was not noteworthy. Today, blacks still comprise ~13% of the U.S. population. In 1980, 80% of the population was white European. Today, it is barely 58%, with Hispanics and non-white immigrants (legal and otherwise), making up the difference.
But remember, you are NOT being replaced.
