12 and 15.
So, if media ever shows their pictures we’ll be seeing ones from first communion or thereabouts?

We will see pictures of them from their Kindergarten graduation, when they were still sweet and innocent.
Obviously, at one point during his life, the victim uttered a racial slur, so, hence, deserved his death....
The two boys accused of killing a convenience store clerk in Southeast Portland last year made their first appearance in court in Vancouver on Thursday. Dayvion High, 15, and Dominique Johnson, 12, were arrested Wednesday in connection with the Dec. 9 homicide of Santi Ram Rai, 33. High and Johnson were both booked in the Robert L. Harris Juvenile Justice Center in Vancouver and appeared in juvenile court Thursday via video. The younger boy was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and the older boy on suspicion of murder in the second degree, Portland police said. Both face charges of robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

In all the years I lived in Oregon nearly every murder was from one certain neighborhood in Portland. Where the corners of MLK and Caesar Chavez BLVDs intersect. It was so common that Multnomah County jail stopped publishing mugshots.
When there is a DUI death it is usually a squatty brown man with a very long Spanish sounding name.
They were still in kindergarten probably.
They will be protected by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, codified by Roper v. Simmons.
They’ll both be on the street again no later than their 30th birthday.
We will see them wrapped in swaddling clothes, and held by their mother.
