America vs. Foxtrot You!
Townhall ^ | January 10, 2026 | Kevin McCullough

It bothers me to my core that lawmakers, elected leaders, and those who serve the public rushed to condemn law enforcement officers—without proof—the tragic death of Renee Nicole Good.

Tragic, yes. But tragic for only one reason.

She—and she alone—had dozens of chances to avoid her demise.

As the newly released video footage now makes unmistakably clear—shown from multiple side angles and, tragically, from the body camera of the officer she struck—Renee Nicole Good put her vehicle in reverse, aimed it toward a uniformed officer, and stepped on the gas. That was her decision. No one forced it. No one orchestrated it. No one else controlled that moment.

Yet before the facts were known—before the video was released—elected officials lined up to condemn law enforcement anyway. The media followed suit, predictably mangling the truth. That part is nothing new.

What is new is the language.

The profanity.

The contempt.

The open hostility.

We are now watching governors, members of Congress, mayors, and even law-enforcement leaders openly tell a lawful federal agency to “Foxtrot off.”

Thank you very much and God bless you.

The language is crossing the line with the Left. One state trooper watching an anti-ICE protest outside the State House where we had the state March for Life told me it was "freedom of speech" to allow obscene words, even while Atlanta News First and WUSA Washington reporters were there. Anyone who understands decency laws will know that there's a hefty fine if a broadcaster uses such language on-air. These people follow "HBO rules" permitting indecent language, and ignore decency standards. (The rule came way before Netflix, HBO was first to this, so we call it that.)

HBO and Netflix have led the push for indecency to be normalised.

She put the car in Forward Drive and hit the gas spinning her wheels on the ice towards the officer who immediately after drew his weapon and defeated the imminent threat to his life with her deadly weapon with his deadly weapon.

Sucks to be you, attempted and dead murderess.

All the more reason to boycott them.

Constant profanity in all situations is a problem with many people. I struggled with it for years, and came to realize it is an indicator of poor self control and poor character. I worked hard to overcome it, and have mostly been successful.

I still fail, but I try, and sometimes employ it in private on occasion. But I surely wouldn’t use it like the Mayor of Minneapolis. That was disgusting, but in line with his character.

Sadly, that is all the left understands. They are devolving versus being intellectual and factual. That is why you cannot talk to them in any venue.

Yes...and it also makes satire nearly impossible, too, the expansion of what could be “reasonably” expected from them in their actions.

It spans such a vast range that if you were told they ate babies for breakfast, nobody would appreciate it as satire anymore.

It could possibly be true. (I know, that in itself is satire...)

Mostly, you can't talk to them because they don't know anything. It's like talking to a drunk or a 2 year old.

When it's obvious that you don't accept their BS, they leave in a huff! It makes them think that they're right and you're not!

Heh, at one time in my life, the “F” word was most certainly a “Sentence Enhancer”.

When I came home right after Boot Camp at Great Lakes in time for Thanksgiving, my parents were hosting about 30 people and there we were, sitting at those big tables having a good time, and me with my still buzz-cut prisoner haircut began to tell a story when I realized everyone was staring fixedly at me with frozen smiles.

I still don’t know how many times in that one story I employed the “F” word as an enhancer, but it was at least once!

It is such a paradox because I know a couple that are very intelligent and in any other topic, they are converse and talking to them is easy, but when it turns to politics or American history it always takes and uniformed stupid and vile tone often based in hateful responses (which I don’t solicit but they offer-up whenever something brushed they subject and they spiral down into what we see on tv and elsewhere.

I also don’t get liberals who are leo, military (prior or active, especially combat billets) or country people. It doesn’t surprise me from big city dwellers.

There’s an online cook whose recipes have become popular, and I was thinking of buying his cookbook; but one reviewer said the book was full of swearing. So I watched one of his YouTubes, and almost every other work he said was ‘F’ this or that.

I don’t need that garbage in a cookbook or a cooking video. I bought a Nigel Slater book instead.
