The ICE agent involved in the deadly Minneapolis shooting of Renee Nicole Good has been identified as Jonathan Ross.
Ross was an 'experienced' officer, sources told the Minneapolis Star Tribune on Thursday.
Good, 37, was shot and killed on Wednesday afternoon while she was driving her SUV down a street where ICE agents were on duty.
Multiple videos show the agent, identified as Ross, opening fire on Good and hitting her in the face while she was behind the wheel.
The Trump administration says Good was a 'professional agitator' who had been stalking federal agents.
But Democratic officials in Minneapolis have said her shooting was murder.
Officer Ross was previously dragged 100 yards by a car in June as he tried to arrest an illegal immigrant sex offender.
The previous incident took place in Bloomington, Minnesota and the officer suffered a gruesome injury to his right arm which required 20 stitches.
In December, a jury at the US District Court in St. Paul found the driver in the previous incident, Roberto Carlos Munoz-Guatemala, 40, guilty of assault on a federal officer with a dangerous and deadly weapon and causing bodily injury.
The officer and others had stopped him at 8am on June 17 and were attempting to detain him on an immigration order, the court heard.

From the Left’s POV, it’s about creating an environment of intimidation that makes all agents and officers hesitate.
Which will lead to more criminals escaping, or even better, more LEO’s getting injured or killed.

This wording is so incredibly disingenuous. She was not just toodling along down "a" street; she was:
purposefully blockading THE street where agents were on duty,The driving part was either to escape arrest, to intimidate or to ram the officer (to be decided by a jury).
disobeying a lawful order and
resisting arrest.

And reports are she had been there for HOURS leading the protest.
It wasn't "to intimidate or to ram the officer". She actually struck him. That's felony assault with a deadly weapon.
In addition, those who paid her and organized the "protest" are guilty of Felony Murder since she died in the commission of a felony.
I assume that the initial investigation will be done by the feds because he is an ICE agent, and their verdict should be legitimate self-defense. I hope there is no way for the state of Minnesota to charge him or he will get the Derek Chauvin treatment for sure. If they can’t do that they may try to ruin him with a civil lawsuit. Was Renee Good in Minnesota long enough to be considered a state resident?
