Top FBI Whistleblower Kyle Seraphin Exclusively Reveals The Latest Details On The Pipe Bombing Suspect's Alibi, And Three Other Major Developments That Threaten To End The Federal Case Against The Apparent Patsy Brian Cole

Transcript Summary
The transcript is from an Alex Jones show segment featuring guest Kyle Seraphin (former FBI agent) discussing the federal case against Brian Cole Jr., arrested as the alleged January 5, 2021, pipe bomber.Key points raised:
- Brian Cole Jr. was initially charged via a criminal complaint in U.S. District Court (federal level), requiring either a grand jury indictment or a preliminary hearing to establish probable cause.
- A preliminary hearing was scheduled for December 30, 2025, where the defense could challenge the government's evidence.
- The defense, described as aggressive former U.S. attorneys from Tennessee, insisted on proceeding with the hearing.
- The DOJ reportedly sought delays to avoid the hearing, where defense attorneys could present arguments.
- On December 29, the DOJ obtained an indictment from a D.C. Superior Court grand jury (local level) in an attempt to bypass the federal preliminary hearing.
- Speakers claim this maneuver is irregular, as a Superior Court indictment does not automatically apply in federal District Court, and describe it as a "Hail Mary" to avoid showing probable cause before a judge.
Exculpatory evidence highlighted:- New video analysis (from The Blaze, Steve Baker, and X user Armitas) shows a vehicle matching Cole's blue 2017 Nissan Sentra (make, model, factory wheels, silhouette) driving in Washington, D.C., around 8:04 p.m. on January 5, 2021.
- At the same time, the pipe bomber was on foot more than a mile away planting bombs (active on foot from ~7:34–8:18 p.m.).
- The vehicle's route aligns with cell phone ping locations the DOJ cited, suggesting Cole was driving, not walking.
- Speakers argue this provides a strong alibi, creating reasonable doubt and indicating the government may have the wrong person.
Additional claims:- Cole has diagnosed autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder, has no criminal record, and worked as a DoorDash driver.
- The DOJ is accused of panicking because their evidence cannot meet even the low probable cause standard when scrutinized.
- Speakers assert the case is falling apart, criticizing DOJ/FBI handling and suggesting broader institutional issues.
The segment focuses primarily on alleging prosecutorial misconduct and weak evidence in the pipe bomber case.

Why did the DOJ not want to pursue the woman?
****************
Because she was playing with her doggies at the time, and the doggies vouched for her.

Alex blows away all of the MSM for accuracy... including Fox. I’s not even close. And even better, when he gets something wrong, he leads with a clear no-excuses correction...and before he is called on it.

I’m open to new claims and evidence, but I also presume the interrogation and subsequent confession tied down the details of where Brian Cole, Jr. supposedly parked during his walking/bomb-planting adventure. Parking in DC is generally scarce; with vast numbers of people in town for the J6 rallies even scarcer. So what is the FBI version of where his car was parked while Cole was walking around? You would expect surveillance video of the car getting to and from that location, even if there is no video of the vehicle sitting in a particular space.

It is becoming apparent that a Federal government employee planted the pipe bombs and will never be found (alive).

And thanks for posting/bringing this to attention.
FWIW, I have no problem believing Cole was coached to buy the bomb supplies. (He’s a perfect candidate for that part and SOME of the evidence has to be real enough for tv) He does not resemble the delivery “person” who was discussed earlier.
Pure speculation on my part, but I think a “bomb” just went off with this story. How so? I think this “new evidence” is actually old and was designed to blow up next year at mid term election season. - To humiliate the folks like us.
What forced this change of schedule? This NGO, immigration, welfare, Minnesotastan fraud is starting to boil out here in flyover country.

Alex Jones is not a great source
++++++++++
Remember when tabloids (National Enquirer) at the supermarket had all the “crazy” stories? Until they became true. Pretty sure the Lewinsky story got its legs from “not great sources”.

Cole did confess. Won't be the first time someone confessed to a crime they either didn't do, or to protect the identity of the actual perp/co-conspirator.

True. But the details of his confession are pretty damning.

Nothing wrong with him and he does get some things right, but I don’t watch him. I don’t have time for conspiracies when I am trying to keep up with what is in front of my eyes.

But the details of his confession are pretty damning. So was the detailed sketch of the second person who was with McVeigh when he picked up the rental truck in Oklahoma City. But then some FBI/DOJ folks talked to the people at the rental agency after arresting McVeigh and somehow after that they didn't remember the second guy anymore, and McVeigh supposedly drove both his car and the rental truck home by driving one and then walking back to get the other one.
Strangely, years later a person who looked just like the person in the sketch from the Oklahoma City rental office was arrested and imprisoned for supporting terrorist groups.
"Details" in a document generated by the FBI/DOJ may not be entirely accurate - like the signed declarations used to get the FISA warrants against Trump's associates almost ten years ago.
To: Deaf Smith
I think that’s a logical scenario, assuming his defense attorney is actually intent on defending him.
