The unsung hero is the older guy with gray hair next to Shirley wearing the black jacket with red sleeves holding the sheaf of papers. In the video, he was identified as "David." He's done all the investigative work and put together the dossier on the fraudulent sites. He set up their itinerary for the Somali "businesses" to visit on their tour of Minneapolis and accompanied Nick. He got a lot of camera time describing how many Somali businesses were at each address, now many children each "daycare" center was licensed for, the amount of money they've pulled in from the government the past few years, when they went out of business, which business opened the very next day at the same address. He also pointed out that the Somalis are running at least four multiple simultaneous rackets sucking up government money:

1. Daycare centers without kids
2. Autism centers without patients or doctors
3. Home health care -- 13 companies under one industrial park roof and not one of them open
4. Non-emergency transportation services (taking people to dental appts, doctor appts, etc).
