Dear ARMY Veterans,
My first attempt at create a table of military service for those who served in the ARMY was saddled with an incorrect thread title. I still want to complete a table of honor for the ARMY.
If you are willing to be added to the table, have a look at the format I've created and repy on this thread to have your name added. Once I get the names, I can post the completed table in a comment at the bottom of this thread, which you can link for later reference.
place holder for username U.S. ARMY 1972 - 1978, optional details of service here place holder for username U.S. ARMY 2009 - 2014, optional details of service here place holder for username U.S. ARMY 1969 - 1973, optional details of service here I have already gotten started building the MARINE table of honor, and the NAVY table of honor.
After I build tables for each branch (AF is next), I would like to create a master table of all military willing to share their service, so that all user names would appear in alphabetical order and be easier to reference regardless of branch of military service.
Please accept my gratitude for your service. THANK YOU!

Now you’re asking for info on Army veterans?
Read the thread OP. I created tables for Marines and Navy. Jim Rob’s service is there. When all are completed, I will make one table. Some choose not to be on it. Some are willing to be on it. These are as anonymous as the FReeper wants, if they are listed.

Why do you only go back to 1969? I enlisted in the Army for 3 years in 1957. While in Japan I extended my enlistment 11 months. Got back to the States on July 3, 1961. I wouldn’t trade the experience or the memories for anything. Thank you.
