I am in shock right now, and completely heartbroken for his family and friends. Unfortunately about an hour ago, news broke that Adam The Woo has passed away. I don't want to believe it, and it's so difficult to accept, but his father and several of his close friends have confirmed it, yet that's all the information that is available right now. I never got to meet Adam in person, but he was absolutely instrumental in my own personal youtube journey, and I always hoped one day to just have a conversation with him about the mechanics of youtube, and some of the craziness "behind the scenes". I honestly don't even know what to say or think right now, it's just so unreal. RIP Adam.

The YouTube vlogger known as Adam the Woo is alive; however, a man with the same name, Adam Monroe Woo (age 31), was found deceased in Santa Clarita, California, in February 2025. This distinction has caused confusion online. The professional YouTube personality Adam the Woo (real name Adam Bahner) is a resident of Florida and continues to post videos and travel internationally. Social media comments from December 2025 confirm he is traveling and active. The other individual, Adam Monroe Woo, was reported missing on February 9, 2025, and his death was later ruled a suicide by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. He was 31 years old at the time of his death.

Yeah - reading elsewhere (guy had pro and a negative subreddits... I didn’t think he was that “big”) He just got back from an overseas trip to Disney Paris and there’s speculation that might be related.

Any long period of time of sitting / pressure on the legs is dangerous for that...not just plane trips. Always try to move around / take breaks...take an aspirin if you can.

You really are showing your a$$ right now. He did a clean, interesting travel log style show visiting unusual and remote places. It was clean harmless fun that hurt no one. If that’s not your thing, fine. But don’t insult the memory of a decent man.
