During a medical emergency, more so when it involves a baby all your thoughts just go out the window.
I know when I’m at hospital they ask me that question out right and I always say “NO”. I also make sure they DON’T have a DNR on my chart. Or as my ex BF says “you make sure they spare no expense in keeping you alive” (Jurassic park joke there)
I was just in the hospital last week. I was taken to the gastroenterology lab for endoscopic procedures. I left my glasses in my hospital room. An Apple iPad was presented to me for consent to the procedure. It was a blur. I signed with my finger. There may have been unsatisfactory terms that I could not read with my glasses.
