A Waco man yelling racial slurs and threatening to burn down a woman’s home accidentally set himself on fire, an arrest warrant affidavit alleges.
Tony McDaniel, 47, is charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to court documents and online jail records.
The incident happened Dec. 18 in the 1700 block of Arra. Police received an emergency call alerting them a man was on fire in the middle of the intersection at Hillsboro and Arra.
