Another one!
The semi-truck driver who was arrested in a deadly crash in Washington state is an Indian illegal alien who was released into the US by the Biden Regime.
25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh killed a 29-year-old man on the morning of December 11 after he crushed the victim’s vehicle between two trucks while driving northbound on SR 167.
Singh likely obtained his CDL in Democrat hellhole of California, since he resided there. He is facing a vehicular homicide charge.
The Auburn Examiner reported on the crash:
Troopers said three vehicles were traveling in lane one when two of them stopped for traffic and a third failed to slow in time.
According to the State Patrol, a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia semi driven by 25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh of Elk Grove, California struck the rear of a blue 2010 Mazda 3 sedan that had stopped behind a white 2016 Peterbilt truck. The Freightliner overrode the back of the Mazda and pushed it under the rear of the Peterbilt.
Troopers said the engine compartment of the Mazda caught fire after the impact but the flames were quickly extinguished. The Freightliner and Mazda came to rest in the left lane and the Peterbilt on the right shoulder.
Sadly, the driver of the Mazda, identified as Robert B. Pearson, 29, of Bonney Lake, died at the scene. Next of kin notifications were completed by State Patrol sergeants, the agency said.
Singh first illegally entered the US in Lukeville, Arizona, in December 2023 and was released by Biden’s border patrol.
Per Fox News reporter Bill Melugin:
I’m told that 25-year-old KAMALPREET SINGH was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in Lukeville, AZ after crossing illegally into the U.S. on 12/24/2023, but he was released into the U.S.
SINGH is now facing charges for vehicular homicide after he allegedly crashed into the back of a vehicle on SR 167 in WA, crushing it between another truck, and killing 29 year old Robert B. Pearson.
I’m told ICE has placed a detainer with him on local law enforcement in King County, WA.
NOTE: SINGH is not believed to have any relation to two other Indian illegal alien truck drivers with the same last name who are facing their own charges for killing people in crashes in CA (Jashanpreet Singh) and FL (Harjinder Singh).
Last month, a criminal, illegal alien semi-truck driver who obtained a CDL in California, killed two people in Bend, Oregon, after jackknifing the trailer. Portrait of a man with a beard and short dark hair, wearing a red shirt, against a plain white background. Biden illegal alien semi-truck driver from India Rajinder Kumar kills 2 people in Oregon after his trailer jackknifes
Per the DHS: On November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20. A Subaru Outback collided with the semi-truck, tragically killing both the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger, Jennifer Lynn Lower.
The DHS said Rajinder Kumar was released into the interior of the US by the Biden Administration. He obtained a CDL by California Governor Gavin Newsom’s DMV.
In October, an illegal alien semi-truck driver from India killed three people in Southern California in a fiery crash.
As previously reported, after public pressure, the identity of the 21-year-old semi-truck driver who killed three people on a Southern California freeway was released: Jashanpreet Singh
According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Singh is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released by border patrol agents at the El Centro, California, sector by the Biden administration in March 2022.
Over the summer, an illegal alien named Harjinder Singh killed three people on a Florida highway.
The Punjabi driver who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California – and Washington state – made an insane U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce in August and caused a deadly crash.

The companies, the Lib Dems, and the whole Democratic Party are responsible.
And Trump doesn’t help much with his full throttle support of massive legal immigration from China and India.
The Florida fatality will likely involve a civil suit involving the Feds, CA, and the trucking company.
Unfortunately, the “deepest pockets” are the Feds—using OPM.
“Jointly and Severally” in legalize.
Insurance companies need to start suing trucking companies for breaking DOT rules. I also hope a judge will rule the DOT can be sued for failure to keep accurate records and for not enforcing their own rules.
You are so correct and I wonder why they have not already done this?
And sue the states that issued the CDL.
I for one, am SO tired of hearing about this.
Why does no one ever take into consideration all the American motorists Kamalpreet DIDN’T kill?
When you think about it that way, he may be one of the greatest assets to our highways we’ve ever had.
They need to check at EVERY weigh station across America for a while and get all these illegal aliens off the road. Arrest and deport every illegal you find driving a commercial truck.
I’m wondering if this has been going on for a long time? Maybe alien status wasn’t an issue, and the matter was unreported other than a local news item.
Condolences to family and. friends of Robert Pearson.
Exactly. The American company hiring illegals should be held responsible. The illegal driver was trying to earn a living.
So where are the otherwise greedy and unscrupulous ambulance chasers, now?
I lived in Kent 1989-1994. As I recall, SR 167 was always in the news because of a crash, or multiple crashes. Even normal people have a problem with that road.
How about suing BIDEN and MAYORKAS???
Entire evil system needs to be shut down and the illegals deported before even more lives are lost:
All caused by illegal truck drivers:
They're operated out of apartment units by a guy named Patel and his laptop.
Now I worry about pajeets who can't speak or read English driving trailer trucks.
As much as I support state rights, I'm at the point now where I think Trump's DOT needs to take control over the CDL issuing process for any licensee involved in interstate commerce.
