It appears the student was stabbed multiple times in an eye
APS confirmed the student's injuries came from scissors but didn't say where the student was stabbed.

If I had to guess, I'd say they were stabbed in the eye.

If it was two girls, I would guess a Boy’s attention was the issue, and most likely, the least attractive girl was doing the stabbing.
