SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A Seminole County judge on Friday sentenced a man to death after he was convicted of killing his pregnant girlfriend when she refused to get an abortion.
After roughly two hours of jury deliberation, a jury in October found Donovan Faison guilty of first-degree murder and killing an unborn child. The penalty phase began days later and ended with an 11-1 vote by the jury recommending the death penalty.
The case stems from the November 2022 shooting death of Kaylin Fiengo, who was found shot in her car at Coastline Park in Sanford.
Fiengo was 18 years old and pregnant when she was killed.
Prosecutors presented evidence that Faison killed Fiengo because she refused to terminate her pregnancy.

“Here’s hoping justice will be delivered soon.”
You are exactly correct. When a bad guy knows his punishment will be soon and death it changes his actions in crime. “Like okay I may die in 29 years but next month is not good.”
Our judiciary system is politically corrupt.

Even when delayed they fear it. They say Ted Bundy went limp and had to be carried to the death room. He feared his own death when the time came.

Beautiful 18 year old girl, gets mixed up with a mean-looking violent azzhole murderer like him.
I'm sorry, but the more years I'm alive, the less I understand women.

BTW, in no way am I saying this is her fault. He's the killer, he'll die for it.
But I just can't wrap my head around the choices some women make.

He has a better chance of dying from old age than he does of riding the needle or riding the lighting bolt. But I am with you. His demise can’t come fast enough, if it was yesterday. And there is a more than even chance that some Democrat Governor will put him back on the street to do again what he does best.

Is Faison’s life over? As a great yogi once said, it ain’t over till it’s over. If a Democrat governor comes along, he might even be pardoned, and be paid for his years in clink.

Until some Democrat commutes the death sentence to life and gets him off death row. And then said Democrat Governor will put him back on the street to do what he does best. By his expression, one can tell that he has not one iota of fear that he will ride the needle or lighting bolt.

It is biological attraction. It was explained to me that, when a woman is attracted, she cant help herself.
