He’s a simp for whatever DC says. And he was just a Special Forces man. He is an amateur when it comes to murder investigations and the law.
And I notice he doesn’t refute her points, he just says a friend wouldn’t do that. I’ll tell you what a friend wouldn’t do, they wouldn’t stay silent about the strange problems in this case.
And if we want to talk about odd behaviors, his wife has acting strange in my opinion. So have more than a few of his staffers. They are way more worried about protecting Israel than the murder.

"You might do something very different if you had different motivations." When Candace Owens is going out of her way to make Alex Jones look sane, it is entirely reasonable to question her motivations for trying to destroy Charlie Kirk's legacy.
