Guy wasn't always listening to the phone. He lifts the phone up to his ear after the shot is fired and while people are running and screaming - nobody would do this, unnatural behavior.

I see with my eyeballs that the security guard with sunglasses pocketed two objects, it looks like the mike and the object that the guy in the brown shirt gave him. Considering how automatic and fast all this happens, it is clearly a rehearsed action. And then why does he run away after pocketing both objects? If I'm scared and I want to run away, why do I first make the efforts to jump on stage, leap over the desk, grab the mike, receive an object from another guy, and then run away? And why does he seem oblivious that Kirk is lying on the floor bleeding to death? Again, all unnatural and inhuman behavior.
