A transgender woman lands her dream job of working in a carbon mine, but after having the sex-change surgery must face a superstition that bans female workers from entering the underground galleries. All the colors of the rainbow cease to exist; she finds that she owns a Ford Pinto and sitting in her favorite armchair just doesn't seem the same.,,, I bet this movie was made possible by way of a government grant.

I was thinking, wow, what a first world only problem. Then, I realized, no, it’s a problem for approximately four percent of liberals. So, that’s four percent of the forty percent in the US who are liberals in the US. (Don’t know what percentage of other western countries are liberals but can’t imagine there are many Spanish speakers who give a damn one way or another.)

Somehow I don’t think the average Spanish miner ever had a confusion as to what male and female are.
This is apparently based on a true story, and if the men rejected him/her, it was probably because they thought he/she was preposterous, not really over a superstition about females in the mines.

,,, Spanish miners are the same as miners the world over - there's only two types of guys in the world: those you'd have a beer with and those you wouldn't. Carlsberg and Dior aren't a natural pairing.

Cabrón Yeah, that was my first thought also.
Probably be a more accurate title too.
