Your FR Profile does not show a locale. If you're posting from Oregon (and presumably live there), set your Profile locale to Oregon and see if that makes a difference in how the data displays. Just a thought....
The other long-shot possibility is that it’s a setting in your computer somehow leaking into how FR displays dates, but that seems unlikely.
