Effectively the Natty game :-)
We’re gonna find out how good Indiana is......or not.
Not at all- the game that will determine:
1) the number one seed in the CFB
2) the Heisman Trophy winner
IU = best football coach in America; college or pro....but they don’t match OSU man for man...
North Texas at Tulane tonight at 5.
I want to see why NT is so good. This is a chance to watch.
And should be a repeat of the NATTY...*if* they seed opposite in the bracket.
JMU is becoming a coach factory. Next one coming out is good as well.
Hoosiers best win (easily) was when they took out Oregon in the Ducks own pond... current line is OSU by 4... I still think Buckeyes by more than a touchdown.
Or how crappy OSU really is...
The boys in Lubbock might think otherwise. We have the best team money can buy.
I am an OSU fan but will admit Cignetti has done a remarkable job of quickly putting together a winning program taking advantage of NIL, transfers , and university support. Indiana may not have the star quality players but their starting 22 has no weak links and play at a level higher than talent level. Given OSU will have a bit of an emotional let down after beating Michigan and given the news of Brian Hartline leaving, a toss up game will swing to Indiana by 10 points.
“Or how crappy OSU really is...”
Since OSU kicked Michigan’s ass I guess that makes them a bunch of retards.
🤣
1) Ohio State is only #52 in SOS.
2) Indiana is #60.
3) Georgia is #34.
4) Texas Tech is #64.
5) Oregon is # 50.
6) Ole Miss is #49.
7) Texas A&M is #44.
8) Oklahoma is #13.
9) Bama is #17.
10) Notre Dame is #33.
Maybe, just maybe, IU's performance is because they haven't played the kind of gauntlet that the Sooners and Bama have played. In the playoffs when IU and Ohio State have to play other big boys, how well will they do? Maybe one of them will keep shining because they are that good. Or maybe they'll get exposed as looking good only because of their middle-of-the-pack competition. We'll see soon.
I know this is stating a 5 pm start but is that eastern time which is usually how they list things?
Does the Big 12 championship really start at 9 am?
This sounds like start times are listed for pacific time.
Chesney is coaching UCLA next year....often times cross country changes don’t work well on the college field...
LOL, I just had to troll this...it was fun beating them four years in a row until now. Just think of all those Buckeyes that went to USO just to beat the Wolverines and never did!
RTR
There is not one unit on the football field where IU has an advantage over OSU....you can argue the QB and secondary are equal but OSU has a major talent advantage on both sides of the line of scrimmage...the IU LB’s are good. The OSU LB’s??? NFL level game changers...
And i love Cignetti...
IU beat Oregon in Eugene- a near impossible task...
IU also went into State College and beat PSU who, though a bitter disappointment this season, played that game like it was their Super Bowl and like everyone expected the pre-season #2 team in the nation to play all season long...
