My view, too, is that this is a bogus deflection.
If not, all he has to do is get a dog, video him (or her) playing with it and doctor the time stamp.
It is most likely the woman who discovered them and worked for the CIA.
The person arrested might be tried, but a judge has multiple ways to throw it out or home arrest. Later, the perp could sue and a Democrat DOJ and judge gives him a big settlement like the FBI couple.
Of course we’ll see, but this was a particular emphasis by Bongino when he was still a podcaster. Either a training op gone away, or a deliberate effort at false flag to halt the challenges to vote counting while the joint session of Congress was happening. One thing that I remember him saying was that the FBI said cellphone data in the area at the time had been corrupted, but that the cellphone company(s) denied that was true. This was always solvable, but he government don’t want it solved
