A University of Delaware student was arrested with a car full of guns, body armor, and a manifesto that declared he wanted to “kill all” in a mass shooting on the Wilmington campus to achieve “martyrdom.”
Luqmaan Khan, 25, was arrested on Nov. 24 after cops found the high-powered cache in his car where he was parked in a public park after class hours.

I don’t think lunatics need a motive. The fact that they are mentally imbalanced is the motive.
I read a book years ago by a psychologist whose life’s work was studying psychopaths. He came out and said those that are serial killers, such as Ted Bundy, do not need a motive for each kill. The fact that they are psychopaths is the reason they kill. I find this believable.
My understanding of that precrime crap is that the left wants to red flag certain groups of people and just take away their guns.
War vets are one targeted group, as they have already killed and most are crazy with PTSD, or so their beliefs go. I think the real reason for disarming war vets is the left knows if the SHTF they will come after them.

Anybody making such a public pronouncement with the information available should be fired from whatever job they hold, horsewhipped, then placed naked in an outdoor stockade for 48 hours where they can have rotting fruit, dead animals and feces flung at them.
By making such a pronouncement they have insulted the intelligence of every person with an IQ over 70, and deserve to have that insult returned by the public in a manner that is humiliating and degrading.
Another article had said that he is an undergrad (at 25 years old...).
