Something is off about this story, or maybe I'm misinterpreting. But was the undercover "15 year old girl" pregnant, and did she undergo an abortion?

On the return trip, .... father, demanding to know who Weir was and why she had taken his “daughter” to an abortion clinic.

So did they go to Planned Parenthood? Was there an abortion or not? If so, WTF? If not, wouldn't that blow the entire undercover operation wide open?
