I believe that DOGE wasn’t really about “cutting waste” - that was a cover story that no one could be against. Yes, they did find some egregious and ridiculous spending. Fed.gov is full of it.
RATHER, I believe they were quietly mapping out evidence of the largest Democrat-Deep State corruption flows for later battle-planning. SNAP is one of those.
