According to the U.K. Daily Mail, Kohberger is now apparently a “nightmare prison diva,” and part of his unruly behavior has to do with his thoughts on the bananas offered in prison.
“He’s complaining about the type of bananas he’s being served,” McDonough told the British outlet.
He added: “They’re not the kind that he likes. I’m not sure if that means they may have bruises on them and he doesn’t like that or if there is a particular type of banana that he likes. But he’s complaining about the food he’s getting.”
Through its sordid history, the Idaho Maximum Security Institution has been known for violence, dangerous HVAC units, and feces-smeared cages. In other words, it’s not the sort of place you’re likely to find a perfectly ripe banana.

Very true and very real. They finally surrender to the fact they are the problem. No more excuses.
Then the changes happen. They really study, maybe take classes, offered, actually help others, stay out of fights, get work in some area.

Some lawyers are just plain terrified of a court fight. Others want to curry favor with judges, many of whom don’t like a big case clogging their docket. And some want the “W” however they can get it in order to maintain the carefully manicured conviction percentage all such offices love to keep while denying they do so.
Actress Patricia Healy popped up on my computer screen to say that ripe bananas were “sugar bombs” so don’t eat them. I don’t think the internet “gut health” doctor likes them either, but he hates everything.
Never been a banana fan.....don’t like the flavor, OR the texture for that matter.
Richard Pryor said the same things. When he filmed Stir Crazy, filmed inside a working prison, he said he was thinking he was sympathetic with the locked down brothers etc.
He said it was downright terrifying and he walked out of there thinking “Thank god for the penitentiary”.
