Tucker Carlson pressed Piers Morgan on whether he “would say the word ‘******’ on camera” — a question that came up as the two debated whether free speech has been restricted in the United Kingdom.

Morgan, during an interview on Carlson’s show on Wednesday, declined the offer.

Carlson had asked him a moment before directly: “Would you say the word ‘******’ on camera?”

“No,” Morgan replied.

“Why? You don’t want to get arrested, do ya?” Carlson jabbed.

Morgan started to protest, but Carlson kept going, saying, “Ohhh, because it’s so harmful to people? Is it like gay-bashing? What’s wrong with that?”

The Uncensored host then told Carlson he did not feel compelled to say “derogatory stuff” about gay people to make his points. Carlson said he agreed, but that “******” had become a “magic word” that people are not allowed to use anymore.

Morgan then asked him if he would use it.

“******? I just did,” Carlson said, before firing the word off several times. “******, ******, ******. And I’m using it because you’re not allowed to.”

I’m obsessed by Islam and recommend said obsession to others. Today, Islamophobia is like Naziphobia was in the 20s or 30s. Merely sensible. I think that should trump other distinctions.

That said, Tucker and Fuentes seem to feel that they aren’t allowed to criticize or ask challenging questions. That could rankle.

As for merit, Tucker asked Cruz why we send so much money to Israel. Rather than attack Carlson, Cruz provided an answer. Something to the effect that if we did not send $3B to Israel, we’d probably have to spend $30B in the region. I think that is a partial answer, but much better than name-calling.

Is obsession about Israel antisemitism? Not quite in my opinion. However, when Cruz said Tucker was obsessed, Tucker saw it as an accusation. It is a sensitive topic, generally speaking.
