Does anybody else remember a controversy years ago about “three strikes and you’re out”? Now we have people with literally dozens of felonies walking the streets. If a person is convicted of three felonies, how many has he really committed?

I think that was in California! Obviously, it’s not being enforced.

Some people constantly think about nothing but crimes they can commit and get away with whatever they can.

I have known many over the years. All colors and all sexes. It is either a genetic thing or they are taught it by their parents and grandparents.

They are pure ‘ID’ as the psychologists call it. All their mental power is concentrated into feeding their ‘ID’.

Some just become politicians.............

I remember the three strikes law but I don’t know if it’s still on the books. I recall a guy with two strikes stealing a pizza, which was his third strike, and they threw him in jail. Liberals were screaming and howling that a man got jailed “just for stealing a pizza.” No...he got jailed for having two strikes and being too stupid to keep his nose clean after that.

The three-strikes law was working. At least in my town you could feel the difference as the danger faded away over the next couple of years. But almost immediately judges and prosecutors (and legislators) started undermining the law until it disappeared. So now you get people with a dozen felonies walking the streets preying on people.
