In fact, let’s take this opportunity to point out that President Trump is neither “egomaniacal” nor does he act in a manner consistent with narcissistic personality.

President Trump sacrifices his needs for the needs of others, to the nth degree. This exonerates him from all accusations that he’s a narcissist.

I had to do it) sometimes with few lasting close friendships and a tendency to rely on external validation for self-worth.
Meanwhile Al Qaeda is invited to the offal office, Mamdani is praised, Tina Peters rots in jail, and DOGE has just been destroyed.
Each and every behavior you list is a behavior exhibited by all human beings.
The only difference from true narcissists is not whether they do these things, but to what extent.
