On Nov. 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was shot to death during a motorcade in Dallas; Texas Gov. John B. Connally, riding in the same car as Kennedy, was seriously wounded. Suspected gunman Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson was sworn in as president.

LHO was stationed at Atsugi, Japan and later El Toro, CA as a Marine radar operator at bases from which U-2 spy planes flew; he had access to flight schedules and altitudes that were highly classified, knowledge later confirmed in Soviet interrogations.

Defected to the USSR in 1959 offering radar/U-2 secrets, yet was allowed to return to the US in 1962 with a State Department loan and no prosecution—unusual treatment often cited as evidence of a “fake defector” program.

CIA maintained an extensive pre-assassination file on him; declassified records show at least 35 agency officers handled Oswald material, including James Angleton and Richard Helms.

Oswald’s 1963 contacts in New Orleans were with the CIA-funded anti-Castro group DRE, overseen by officer George Joannides; the CIA concealed Joannides’ role from Congress for decades.

Former CIA officer James Wilcott testified that Oswald was paid through a cryptonym, and Senator Richard Schweiker said Oswald’s file had “all the fingerprints of intelligence.”

The first call LHO made from the Dallas Jail was to John David Hurt (former Army counterintelligence officer).

David Ferrie, a know CIA associate, was captured in the same photo as LHO when Lee was only 15 at a meeting of the Civil Air Patrol. Ferrie, and others had denied any association with LHO under oath. The picture was discovered in 1993, and contradicts testimony to the House Select Committee on the JFK assassination.

Ya, and that’s a bunch of bull scat. Marine Corps PFCs, especially malcontents like Oswald don’t get access to sensitive data. If he tracked U-2s on radar (which I seriously doubt) he wouldn’t be able to tell if it was a spy plane, a C-47 or a Pan American clipper. It’s just a f-ing blip on a screen. A U-2 would never have been at operational altitude when on his scopes. It would have ether been departing the area or coming in to land. And to my knowledge, the CIA only used US Air Force bases and technicians for the U-2 because they had the knowledge to work on the plane.

Lots of hustlers have made lots of money over the years sucking in people like you with the Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories. Lee Harvey Oswald was a nut case loser. He shot at and narrowly missed retired General Edwin Walker in April of 1963. Oswald’s wife confirmed that. He killed President Kennedy and Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit in November. He attempted to kill other Dallas police officers when he was being apprehended. They weren’t arresting him for shooting Kennedy. They were on him for shooting Tippit which was witnessed and the people who saw it tracked him to the theater and called the police.

You can choose to believe in fairy tales if you want, but sane people know Oswald did it.

I was too young to know what was going on then.

November 22 was my parents wedding anniversary. 5 years in 1963. It took them a lot of years before they would celebrate their anniversary after that.

I have copies of the Houston Post newspapers with the stories of that day. My dad saved them.

Sitting in my second grade class, the principle came into the room and standing in front of the class told us the president has been shot and we were all being dismissed for the day. I had to walk about 3 miles home that morning alone and I still remember it to this day. It was a clear sunny Friday morning in Pomona Ca.
