The real questions should be what gives the US gov the right to charge someone with a crime they haven’t committed and even if they did it would’ve been outside the US jurisdiction. I can see if the foreign country asked for extradition. They sound crazy, a mental institution would be the place to start.

Well, it is an island, so I imagine they could put the bodies in the water. It wouldn’t be 90,000 bodies, because they would keep the females alive.
I would recommend they read or watch “The Man Who Would Be King” with Sean Connery and Michael York, story by Rudyard Kipling. That was better executed, but still did not end well.
They were planning to do what the Spanish Conquistadors did, which we are all told to worship these days.
And the descendants of Los Conquistadors are doing it again to us, as you noted.
